API Status
CityPay's dedicated public status page is currently in progress. Until it is available, use this page as the documentation entry point for availability guidance, operational checks, and support escalation.
Important
This page is not a live incident feed. If you are experiencing payment processing issues, contact CityPay support with your merchant ID, request context, timestamps, and affected endpoint details.
We are preparing a dedicated public status service for production and sandbox availability. When it is live, the
API Status links in these docs can be switched to that service.
For now:

For integration-level monitoring, use the operational API documentation to understand available connectivity and gateway checks. These checks are useful for your own observability, but they are not a replacement for incident communications from CityPay support.
When raising an availability or processing issue, include:
- merchant ID
- environment, production or sandbox
- endpoint and HTTP method
- request timestamp with timezone
- CityPay context ID or transaction reference where available
- observed HTTP status, result code, or error message
